Return & Exchange
POLICY
We’re sure you’ll love TapPhrase™️, but if it’s not quite what you expected, we’ve got you covered! Here’s how it works:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
Time Frame: you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Just send it back, and we’ll process a refund (return shipping is on you, and any label fees will be deducted from the refund).
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and labels attached.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are typically not eligible for return or exchange:
Final Sale/Clearance items:
[Specific items like: Gift Cards, Personalized or Custom-Made items, etc.]
Items damaged through normal wear and tear.
2. The Return Process
If you meet the eligibility requirements, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to support@tapphrase.com with the subject line: Return Request – [Your Order Number].
Provide Details: In the email, please include:
Your Order Number.
The Item(s) you wish to return.
The Reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, defective, changed mind).
Receive Instructions: We will review your request and reply within 2-5 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Initiate Return: Follow the Return Process (Section 2) above, stating that you would like an Exchange in your email.
- Order the New Item: To ensure you receive the desired size/color quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want.
Process Refund: Once we receive and approve your returned original item, we will process a full refund for that item (excluding shipping), following the guidelines in Section 3
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at support@tapphrase.com Please include:
Your Order Number.
A clear description of the defect.
Photographic evidence of the damage.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for verified defective items.
