1. Design Submission & Partnership Model
We are looking for original designs that align with our brand philosophy and the communities we serve.
How to Submit Your Work
Prepare Your Design: Ensure your artwork meets industry standards for print-on-demand manufacturing (e.g., high-resolution PNG with transparent background).
Submit Your Application: Email your design samples and a brief artist statement to [support@tapphrase.com] (It is often better to use a dedicated email for applications rather than general support).
Category Alignment: When submitting, please clearly indicate the Theme Category your design fits into:
Existing Categories: Categorize your work under one of our current themes (e.g., Climbing, Fishing, Animals, Tennis, Cycling).
New Categories: If your work belongs to a new sport or hobby not yet represented, you are welcome to propose a new category for our consideration.
Partnership Timeline & Responsibilities

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection
We respect and value the originality of every artist. Protecting your creative work is a top priority for our partnership.
Ownership and Rights
Designer Retains Ownership: The designer retains full ownership of the original artwork, copyrights, and intellectual property rights associated with their submitted designs.
Tapphrase License: By submitting and having your design approved, you grant Tapphrase a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, and sell the design solely for the purpose of manufacturing and selling T-shirts and related merchandise through the Tapphrase website and channels.
Exclusivity: The license granted to Tapphrase is non-exclusive, meaning the designer remains free to sell or license the same design on other products or platforms (provided there is no conflict with the Tapphrase merchandise).
Anti-Theft Commitment
Originality Pledge: Designers must warrant that all submitted designs are original works and do not infringe upon the copyrights or trademarks of any third party.
Digital Security: Tapphrase commits to using robust digital measures to protect the integrity of your design files and prevent unauthorized download or reproduction from our platform.
Takedown Policy: Should a design be compromised or reported as infringing, Tapphrase will immediately investigate and cooperate with the designer and relevant authorities to enforce the designer’s rights and initiate any necessary takedown procedures.
