1. Processing Times
All orders require a processing period before they are shipped.
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 3 business days.
Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your package has left our facility.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are calculated from the time the package leaves our facility (after processing).

Important Notes on Delivery:
Delivery Window: The estimated delivery window for all zones is 7–14 days after the order has been processed.
Free Shipping: To qualify for free shipping to the US and Canada, the order subtotal (before tax) must be $70.00 USD or more and share the same shipping address.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International Shipments: Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
Customer Responsibility: The recipient of an international shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all such import taxes, customs duties, and fees. Tapphrase has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Tracking: We highly recommend tracking your package closely once the tracking number is provided.
“Delivered” Status: Tapphrase is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please check your property, mailbox, and neighbors immediately. If the package is missing, please contact the carrier and local authorities.
